Orders and Payments
All orders must be paid in full at the time of purchase.
We accept major credit and debit cards, as well as any other payment methods displayed at checkout. Payments are processed securely by third-party providers; we do not store customer card details.
All prices are listed in GBP (£) and include applicable taxes unless otherwise stated. Prices may be updated at any time without prior notice.
An order is confirmed only once you receive an order confirmation from us. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order before dispatch if stock availability or pricing errors occur, or if we are unable to process payment.
Deliveries
Goods are dispatched within the United Kingdom only.
We aim to dispatch all orders within 3 working days of purchase.
We offer local delivery within a 5-mile radius of Sudbury, charged at £2.00 per order. Deliveries between 5 and 10 miles are charged at £3.50. Orders of £40 or more qualify for free local delivery.
Nationwide orders are sent via Royal Mail Tracked 48 or Evri standard delivery.
Dispatch and delivery times are estimates. While we aim to deliver promptly, delays may occur due to traffic, weather, or other factors beyond our control. Such delays do not qualify for compensation, though we will keep you informed.
Deliveries will be made to the address provided at checkout. It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure all details are accurate and complete.
Health and Safety
Our treats are intended as occasional supplements and should not replace a complete and balanced diet.
Always supervise dogs while consuming treats to minimise the risk of choking.
Store products in a cool, dry place, out of reach of children and pets.
Customers are responsible for following the feeding guidelines and safety instructions provided on our packaging or website.
Except where prohibited by law, we are not liable for any injury, damage, or loss arising from misuse or failure to follow recommended guidance.
Returns, Refunds & Complaints
Due to the perishable nature of our products, we are unable to accept returns or offer exchanges for items that have been opened, unsealed, or partially consumed.
If you believe an item is faulty, damaged, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order at info@baloosnaturals.co.uk. We may request that the product be returned to us for inspection.
Customers are responsible for return postage costs. Once the product has been received and inspected, we will investigate and provide a fair resolution, this may include a replacement, exchange, or refund, depending on the outcome of our review.
Refunds are not guaranteed and will only be issued where a product is confirmed to be faulty or not as described.
We aim to handle all complaints fairly and in accordance with UK consumer law.

All content on our website, including text, images, logos, and branding, is the intellectual property of Baloo’s Naturals – Gourmet Dog Treats and may not be reproduced, copied, or used without prior written permission.
